Database Views Password Error

Is anyone else getting this error message when trying to create the KaseyaViews password under the system tab. In Kaseya 2010
Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x-7ffbf1ec)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]There is already an object named 'KaseyaReporting' in the database.

We had this issue after our move to K2. The solution we found was to go into the SQL server and create the KaseyaViews account manually, and then this resolved the issue. Alternatively i believe you could run the KaWebUpdate.exe which should also resolve the issue.

Had the exact same problem about a month ago. Opened a ticket with support, took about a week and had to give RDP access to my SQL server, but they were able to fix it.
