windows Vista blue screen when an audit is completed

  • Hello,

    We have an issue with one of our client's computer that run Windows Vista with service pack 1.

    The issue is that everytime we do an audit on that computer, it will blue screen. We opened the mini-dump file and it gives us the file name TCPIP.sys along with other details.

    This happen on Vista with service pack 1 and without service pack.

    Does anyone have the same issue that we have?
    Does anyone have any other stories that relates to this issue?

  • This is just a guess, but based on the error message I would look at the Kaseya network driver. Is the driver enabled for this PC? If so, try disabling it and then running an audit to see if the same issue recurs. The driver has a few known issues with certain pieces of software.
