I have been trying to update some workstations running OSX 10.13.6 but am unable to Kaseya Remote Control (KRC) the workstations. The workstations have Kaseya agent version 220.127.116.11. I can remote to some workstations running OSX 10.13.6 and some that are running OSX 10.14.3 however not all of them allow me to connect. The remote control goes from connecting to session ended right away or just sits on connecting until it times out. I have looked on the workstation privacy settings > accessibility but cannot seem to get the workstations to allow remote control. The workstations show online and check in to Kaseya. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first community activity so please be kind. Thank you in advance.
Are you using any av on the mac?

PedroPolakoff3 Kaseya support has an open ticket where they were able to provide me with a procedure that fixed my problem on one of the workstations. The procedure re-provisions the Mac Agent and fixed my original problem. The issue described in the link you provided is the next problem that I encountered. I will use the article as a reference to resolve the no keyboard/mouse input issue. Thank you for the post, I really appreciate it.
