Great - maybe now, they'll finally respond to my days-old ticket.
I checked for current tickets associated with your domain, but didn't find any (though I did find some older ones which have been closed for a while). Do you have a ticket number? I can check the status if you provde the #.
Nevermind - I was able to find it through a different filter. It looks like it was updated a little while with some information ago and is now pending your response.
