Our Kaseya server has been non-functional going into its third day. We logged a support ticket 2 days and 17 hours ago, yet have not heard a single thing. We tried contacting our account rep...no response. We have over 6,000 endpoints, and rely heavily upon agent procedures, which are currently not functional at all. I'm hoping someone monitors these forums and can get support active on our ticket.
2.5 days without a response is very worrisome in the event that future support needs arise.

I am updating the ticket to reflect my direct phone number...please call it.
Had to create a new ticket with my updated phone number because I couldn't change the phone number in the original ticket. Please look at ticket CS177141 for my phone number.
