I am having a problem after upgrading to 6.3 i have reached out for support and they cannot find the issues. I am at the point where i am about to re-install a new OS and fresh install. The problem i am having is i can view ticketing fine from the tab in the main vsa but not in live connect. Also end users cannot submit tickets either from there agent. Anyone else having this problem and possible solution.? Yes i have rebooted my servers and reapplied the scheme and re ran the kinstall. Thank you
