Hi
If we are using counter matching, Kaseya will not monitor service which do not exist on the server.
does anyone have an idea where Kaseya gets this information, about which services exist on the server? Is it stored somewhere in the database, of does it get it 'on the fly'.
When I go to monitor Log I sometimes see services in the list, which shouldn't be there (because they don't exist on the server).
Anyone any idea where Kaseya is getting that information?

You need to do a "Up date list by scan" on the machines
