Has anyone found it as difficult as I am to find assistance with customizing reports? I have even gone through the steps in the user guide that Kaseya Support sent to me and still I am having issues.
It took me a little while to get my head around it when it first came out. My biggest gripe is that sometimes I want a few things from multiple modules on the same table/graph, but sometimes those data points just can't be compared due to a lack of design on the report module.
you might look into SQL Server Reporting Services - it can be installed on your Kaseya Server as part of SQL Server (included with license) and is much more flexible with writing reports, I have over 100 reports that are emailed out daily.
