I am having trouble opening attachments that are included in response to my tickets. When I click on the link, nothing happens. When I right-click the attachment to open in a new tab, I get this error : {"title":"An error occurred", "msg":"Object reference not set to an instance of an object.", "icon":"ERROR", "success":false}. 

I am running I.E 11 and have check compatibility views, security settings, pop-ups, even reset I.E settings. I also tried "Allow non-authenticated users to download attachments from ticket notifications."

Help please, and thank you in advance for any advise.
