I recently passed the Service Desk 1.4 Certificate Test & back in May I passed the Kaseya 6.3 Fundamentals Certificate Test. I had a base understanding of the products but the courses do an excellent job of starting at the basics and flowing into advanced practical application. Kaseya is broad open canvas application and these courses will help any organization get the most out of their investment.
