  • I'd just like to thank Kaseya support for replying with a fix within 10 minutes of a fault logged this morning, following our 6.2 upgrade.

    Other non urgent tickets I've logged lately have also had a good response time and follow up.

  • I'd like to add my agreement with Andrew's statement. I had occasion to open a ticket with support today and the response was amazingly prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Great job, folks.
