I'm not sure if this is the best place for this post... It's more to do with here than the Kaseya product, please move if needed...

I'd like to se an easy (ie a tab up on the top) that would take us to see the tickets that we've opened with support.  As it stands, right now I don't see any way of getting to the client portal.

If I'm blind, show me the way.

Oh yea, and a unified login for both the "Community" and the "Portal" would be nice too...
