UNRELIABLE LICENSING

  • I have found KAV has not been reclaiming licenses as it should. The bug was suppose to be fixed, but recently discovered it is not. It just keeps consuming licenses and never returns them back to the license pool. Recently deleted 30 machines, KAM licenses were reclaimed, but KAV licenes were not. Anyone notice the same?

  • Are the licenses not being returned as partial either?

  • I have noticed the same thing on our KAV licenses as well

  • There is no way to manage KAV licenses. The dates in the console are wrong and none of it adds up. Sketchy as heck, not to mention the product has caused so many issues for us.
