I have a service desk set up and running and I also have checked the Enable VSA API Web Service box under System->Configure. Do I also have to forward any new ports beyond what we already use for Kaseya

another one: when importing the monitor set, got this error: The Monitor Set was not a valid Kaseya Monitor Set xml format. Error: -1072896682 I know it is optional but just curious anyway.
