Service Desk Sub-Procedures

The zip file contains two sub-procedures for service desk to populate a ticket with CPU, DISK and other performance counters

Included is my monitor set that is used via the sub-procedure to pull the required info from the database

You will need to build a stage entry to trigger the sub-procedure to be called upon
