QUESTION
Does the Kaseya Agent Support OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion systems?
ANSWER
The v6.2 and later Kaseya Agent support installation and usage on OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion Client & Server systems for On-Premise & SaaS/Cloud customers.
*Note - Should Gatekeeper be setup on your 10.8 systems in a way that interferes with your manual installation (SSH Remote Installs do not invoke gatekeeper), you can adjust your systems as such, including further notes on hotfixes and KLC Plug-in Manager:
Method 1 - Turn Gatekeeper off for the duration of the install and turn it back on afterwardsMethod 2 - Launch the installer via contextual menuGet Latest HotfixesKLC Notes

Method 1 - Turn Gatekeeper off for the duration of the install and turn it back on afterwards.
Method 2 - Launch the installer via contextual menu
1) On the targeted machine you have downloaded the now unzipped KcsSetup installer, right-click/control-click on it and choose 'Open'. As noted here:
2) Allow installation via this dialog:

Get Latest Hotfixes
Also, for good measure, ensure you have the latest agent hotfixes applied to your VSA by visiting the System > Server Management > Configure page, and choosing to get latest hotfixes (or process hotfixes for non-automatic checking VSA's). From there, ensure that your already installed Mac Agents are running the latest code by visiting the Agent > Upgrade Version > Update Agent page, choosing the Force update even if agent is at version X.X.X.X" checkbox. Also, with the latest hotfixes applied, any new KcsSetup agent install package will automatically use the latest agent install files. Note - If you are a SaaS/Cloud-based customer, Kaseya Cloud Operations staff already retrieves latest hotfixes for SaaS-based VSA's on a weekly basis.
Note on KLC & 10.8
While Agent support functions properly, for KLC Admin browsing plug-in support on 10.8-based computers, see http://community.kaseya.com/kb/w/wiki/1025.aspx for the workaround noted therein.
