For On-Premise Customers
If you use Kaseya On-Premise products visit https://portal.kaseya.net and log into the Portal this way. You can then raise & view support tickets therein as necessary. You may also signup for a Portal Account with the appropriate information here.
If you use our Cloud/SaaS products (ie.: IT Center, etc...), the Kaseya Portal functionality is embedded within your product user interface. Once you login at https://login.kaseya.net, access it by clicking on the Kaseya Portal > Customer Service > My Tickets tab section. If you are unable to access your Kaseya Support Portal tickets due to session errors, this specifies you have logged in sessions that need to be cleared out. For all browsers that you have used the portal with, login with your account and then choose to manually log them off. After that is done, login with the actual browser you want and then use it from there. You can of course also reply to the portal ticket emails too.
