QUESTION
After installing KES on a Citrix server, the Citrix web page stops working. After logging into the web interface, the published applications screen does not display. How do I resolve this issue?
ANSWER
This was found to be caused by the "Web-shield" component of AVG 8.0
Remove Web-Shield from the Citrix server: -1) go to Security > Install/Remove2) click on Options3) uncheck "Web-Shield" and click Save, then close the Options dialogue4) reinstall the Security Client
