After upgrading to K2 Service Pack 1 (22.214.171.124), most ofthe functions on the Audit tab are missing.
Under some conditions, after upgrading to 126.96.36.199, many of the menu items within the Audit module do not appear resulting in an Audit menu similar to the following:
This is a result of a sync error with Kaseya’s corporate license server.
While the menu is not visible,all audit tasks are processed properly. To resolve this issue, please open a ticket with Kaseya Support indicating the upgrade to SP1 resulted in the Audit menu missing functions. The ticket will be escalated to the accounting department to refresh your licensing information. Once the license has been refreshed, the Audit menu will be populated with all functions. You may need to refresh your web session to view the Audit menu items, but a reboot is not required.
This does not occur for all upgrades or in all instances. This issue will be resolved in a future release.
