During this window, various systems will experience degraded performance and availability for a period of time depending on the back end work being performed. During this week's maintenance window, upgrades will be performed on the customer portal, and our internal ticketing may experience downtime. However, any tickets customers reply back to (via email client for example) during this time will be held in queue and processed once the upgrade has completed.
