Our cloud maintenance window is every Saturday between 9am–11am Eastern Standard Time. During this time, Cloud Operations will be performing general maintenance and upgrades to our Cloud Server Environment. During this window, various systems will experience degraded performance and availability for a period of time depending on the back end work being performed. We thank you in advance for your patience as we continue to improve services.

Please note, the next maintenance window will occur at 6pm PST on Thursday 5/24 for 1 hour. Light maintenance will be performed and we expect customer downtime to be minimal.
